Training Camp

Training Camp is like Savage School, this is where common drills and orders are rehearsed to assure perfect field and combat performance.

The Normal Routine:

Training Camps begin with a series of questions that must be answered by raising your hand. To raise your hand do the following: Type: ";" then, press "Spacebar" finally, type "Raises Hand" and hit enter. Its easiest just to make a macro for this. If questions are not issued then most likely you must gather resources or your in trouble and must do immediate training. After the starting questions, usually drills will begin (drills shown below). If your group has done good a fun tournament, or guild event may be held. Now after all the hard work you get to put what you learned into action! You get to raid!!!

Training Camp Drills:

  • Kling Practice: The elder leading the Camp will shout "Voodoo Kling" and paralyze the target. Proper Kling protocol must be taken. (see tactics page)
  • Cross-Healing: The lowest ranking member in the Camp at the time will be attacked and it will be left up to the person being attacked and his Cross-Healer to keep him alive.
  • Trapping: A small trap will be set up; the elder in charge will then run off screen and wait until they are ready. Once everything is set the elder will come running on screen and proper trapping technique must be performed. Procedure will be different by situation.
  • Berry Farming: The group will be taken into the savage camp to kill the NPC Savages and hopes of finding berries. It is up to the savages in training to keep each other alive and kill the spawn by working together.

Camp Punishment:

Just like in school if you mess up you will be punished (within reason).

Depending on the severity of your actions you will be punished based on the Elders opinion. Repeated intolerance to the rules will result in a harsher punishment each time.

Punishment List:

  • Running Hut Laps
  • Running Hut to Fort Laps
  • Running Fort Laps
  • Gathering Resources
  • Being Attacked/Harmed
  • Being Killed
  • Forced To Wear a Yellow Mask
  • Demotion

Note: During training camps you will not be removed from the guild for any reason. Unless it is shown that you have been deliberately breaking the rules, which will then result in the dismissal from the guild, and banning from the Stone Hut. Also most punishments given during Training Camps are only Temporary.
